No toiletries such as toothpaste, shampoo, tootbrush and lack of bath towel. Aircon is not good, can’t sleep well.

Here's a possible feedback: Just checked out from this hotel and I'm blown away by the service! 🤩 The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. 💯 The breakfast buffet was lit too, so many options to choose from ❤️

I like the ambiance of the lobby but the only problem is the door, the lock is not working. it’s not safe to leave the important belongings because the key card is useless. Thank you

I was so excited for our deluxe room when we got there the place and lobby is nice but we are very disappointed to our room because it is not clean and comfy as it supposed to be (the picture is not the same in personal) I upgraded for an executive room when we got there due to malfunctioning keycard, broken shower and super loud ac. I hope they change pictures for its original look because it's very old and nasty :( But thank-you for very accommodating staff!

A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay My partner and I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and overall, we had a great experience. The room was spacious enough for two people, and could even comfortably accommodate a small family. The large bed was perfect for a restful sleep, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool throughout our stay. The bathroom was clean, although we did encounter a minor issue with the shower head at the beginning — black particles were coming out, but this was promptly addressed. We also noticed that the room had a slightly oldish smell on the first day, which might be due to the building being a bit aged. Still, for the price and the size of the room, it’s definitely a good bargain. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service; staff would come in to tidy up and collect the trash, which helped maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. Hot water could be requested from the kitchen staff starting at 7 AM in case no thermos was available, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed — a definite highlight of our stay. The location is also convenient, with a 7/11 and several stores nearby (though some close early at night). For a local food experience, there’s authentic Filipino barbecue right outside the hotel in the evenings, and a number of restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, we had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for an affordable and cozy place to stay!

It is spacious and clean. However, the shower head is not working. There’s a little soap, but no shampoo. The TV doesn’t seem to work as well. The WIFI connection sometimes lagged. When I messaged the hotel to inquire for an early check in I got no response nor email reply or text reply from them.. But so far just fine, since we only stayed there for a night. If you are looking for something with complete hotel accessories and amenities then this isn’t for you. But if you are just going to drop by for a night then this might do good.

The room was clean ,lack of toiletries on its price package, choice of breakfast is few, security is not safe..someone knocking at our door at dawn and when I called reception the lady who picked up the phone said that we have a colleague yet we register that we are only 2 upon check in..unwanted visitors must not be allowed to enter for guests safety.

Madumi rooms and hindi din friendly staff, nasa 3rd floor room and walang elevator. sa breakfast naman 2 lang choices (hotdog and chorizo). coffee lang din available, wala man lang option like milo ba for kids. tamad mga staff dito and di pa maayos kausap.
